By processing your deposit and confirming your booking, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Thank you!

Parties are booked on a “first come, first serve” basis. Every party is allotted the amount of time agreed upon ahead of time and written on this form. Whimsical Wonders Parties LLC is NOT responsible for any injuries, negligence, or unruly behavior during parties. Please act responsibly and chaperone all party guests.
A $20 travel fee will be required for all parties/events further than 20 miles of zip code: 91361
Please provide a parking spot as close to the event as possible. Have your phone close to you so the princess/hero can call or text you to come escort them to the party. Also, please be available to escort them back to their car after the party. This would be an ideal time to offer a gratuity to your princess or hero, as to not interrupt the magic of the party environment.
Gratuities are optional but are greatly appreciated.
Outdoor Events: We will gladly participate in outdoor parties/events, however, due to the delicate and expensive nature of our costumes and wigs, we will not be able to do an outdoor event if the temperature is above 80 degrees unless a shaded area is provided. We also cannot do an outdoor event in the event of rain or inclement weather to prevent costume and wig damage. Our characters will require a clean, dry area free of dirt and mud.
Cancellations, Refunds, and Rescheduling:
There is a 50% deposit of your total party price due at time of scheduling. This reserves your party date, time, character, and special requests when you book the party. However, we understand that life happens, and you may need to cancel your party/event.
Cancellations at any time after signing this contract result in a forfeit of the 50% deposit you placed at time of booking. Any amount you have paid above the required 50% deposit is fully refundable at any time of cancellation.
If you find that you need to change the date or time of the party once you have booked, we will try to accommodate you as best we can into our schedule, but will charge an additional $15 fee to be applied to your remaining balance for each rescheduling. If you need to reschedule your party, please let us know as soon as possible. This allows us to offer your previous slot to someone else, as well as give you the most options when trying to choose a new date/time. We will not accept date/time changes less than 48 hours before the scheduled party.
In the event of bad weather, serious illness, or another unforeseen emergency, we reserve the right to cancel the event and offer an alternative date if available. Communication can be done through: whimsicalwonders805@gmail.com

Pets
All pets, with the exception of service animals, must be contained away from the party area.
Damage:
We understand that accidents happen, however, the Client may be held responsible for any damage deemed EXCESSIVE to costumes and property of Whimsical Wonders Parties, LLC, during the Client’s event. The cost to replace/repair damaged/broken costumes or materials will be billed to the Client. If your event is outdoors and there is water involved, mud may damage the costumes and you will incur a fee.
​Discipline and Non-Participation:
The Performer is responsible for the flow of the event and activities. The Client is responsible for monitoring disruptive behavior and attending to any child who does not want to participate. If a child or guest at a party is being disruptive past a reasonable point the Performer has permission to change the party activities as needed OR to ask an adult at the party to escort the disruptive behavior away from the activities.
Liability:
The Client agrees to hold and keep harmless Whimsical Wonders Parties, LLC and its performers from any and all property damages and/or bodily injury damage caused by the Client or any/all guests. Whimsical Wonders Parties, LLC, nor any of its contractors or employees, are responsible for any damages that occur to any persons or properties for any client or company.
​Safety:
Our performers are trained to keep the safety of your guests in mind at all times. If there is ever a situation where the performer(s) or assistant(s) feel unsafe, they may address the issue with the parent/guardian/client. If the issue is not resolved, the performer will leave. We hold the right to leave at any time due to safety concerns. This includes hostile language over texts and phone calls prior to the party. CHILDREN SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO CLIMB, HANG FROM OR KICK A CHARACTER AT ANY TIME. Your character will be escorted out of your party if this happens and activities will not continue.

Helpers:
If your party has a character Helper present, the Helper’s role is to assist the character and NOT to control children/guests.
Whimsical Wonders Parties LLC does not assume responsibility or liability for accidents or damages caused during your party. However, you can be assured that our performers will treat your home and guests with respect and care. Whimsical Wonders Parties LLC is not responsible for allergic reactions to any costumes, cosmetics, accessories, or any food consumed before, during, or after the event. It is the responsibility of the guest and/or the guest’s parent/guardian to inform the client of any allergy restrictions and take the appropriate steps to avoid contact with such items.
“I understand what I have read and agree to the terms listed above. I understand that until I submit the agreed upon deposit amount, my date/time is not reserved. I also affirm that I will pay the remaining balance in an accepted form of payment on the day of the party, if not before.”
